An electronic ticket is a ticket for contactless fare payment on public transport (bus, trolleybus).
Types of electronic tickets:
– plastic card, which has a unique number, QR-code.
– QR-ticket generated in the mobile application.
– Ticket for trips sold in terminals for sale and replenishment.
According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Lutsk City Council dated 10.12.2019 № 798-1 transportation of passengers and luggage is carried out exclusively with fare payment using electronic tickets.
E-tickets can be purchased at the card center and terminals or generated in the CityCard Lutsk mobile application.
Replenishment of electronic tickets:
– on the website of the Operator of electronic systems citycard.net,
– via the CityCard Lutsk mobile application,
– in sales and replenishment terminals.
Passengers can buy the standard card and top up its balance in the automated kiosks or in the citycard sales centers. The map of automated kiosk you can find below.
Types of electronic tickets:
– plastic card, which has a unique number, QR-code and a color code that will determine the type of card: blue – for schoolchildren and students, yellow – for representatives of privileged categories, red – for employees of the transport system. The standard card has no color mark.
– QR-ticket generated in the mobile application.
– Travel ticket sold in sales and replenishment terminals.

– in sales and replenishment terminals,

– in the mobile application CityCard Lutsk.
Every transport card has one credit fare. You can use it or try to find the automated kiosks, citycard sales centers to refill the card. It is also possible to top your card on with our website or through the mobile application.
The control will work on the line with special devices to check the registration of the electronic ticket.
To pay for public transport, guests of the city can use an electronic ticket in the form of a transport card, which can be purchased at self-service terminals, or an electronic ticket in the form of a QR code from a mobile application. You can also pay for the trip with a bank card with PayPass/PayWave in the form of a physical carrier with a chip, or with a bank card from a device with NFC technology.
Yes, it is possible. However, the number of payments on a single card is limited so that no one pays it. Only one trip can be registered with the student and preferential card – after contact with the validator the card will be blocked for a few minutes.
No, it does not.
The balance of the card can be checked at self-service terminals, the mobile application and on the validator display after payment for the trip.
In case of loss of the electronic ticket, please contact the card center at the address: Lutsk, vul. Lesya Ukrainka, 16A. Your lost card will be blocked and the remaining funds will be transferred to a new card.>
